About the role

As a member of the “Simulation& Test Solutions development team”, you will work on the development ofthe SPH (Smoothed Particles Hydrodynamics) method within the SimcenterSTAR-CCM+ numerical simulation software.

- You will participatein the development of the SPH numerical method.

- You will work incollaboration with the development teams, as well as with our academicpartners.

- You will keep atechnical watch on numerical methods in general and on the SPH method inparticular.

You will develop yourteam spirit in an Agile environment, working closely with experiencedcolleagues.

Your qualifications

PhD training, with aspecialization in the SPH (Smoothed Particles Hydrodynamics) method:

- You have a soundknowledge of applied mathematics, numerical analysis and fluid mechanics,ideally hydrodynamics.

- You have gooddevelopment experience in C++.

- Knowledge of Git /JIRA would be a plus.

You have a very goodlevel of English, and your open-mindedness and good interpersonal skills willenable you to integrate easily into a multidisciplinary team.
