Mission

Responsible for Industry robotics market development and market promotion, define and implement go to market strategy

What are my responsibilities?

· Responsible for Go to market strategy of Siemens Robot Control package based on systematic market research and analysis
· Business development through robot OEM visit, fair event, marketing campaign, etc.
· Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ offerings and their value proposition, identify market trends, product pricing strategy, business model and sales operation
· Provide branch analysis to identify potential for business development, based on fair visit, customer visit, internal& external communication as well as desktop research.
· Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover specific market transparency;
· Manages contacts with customers and other contacts.
· Communicates with SLC functions, e.g. sales, R&D, communication department, etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Rich knowledge of Industry robots or Automation products
· 3+ years working experience in automation, experience in Industry robotics preferred
· Previous Job position in Product Management, Marketing or Sales departments.
· Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
· Good communication skills internally and externally, especially communication skills with OEM
· Good presentation skills to present in front of technical and management audience
· Team work spirit
· Master or above in Automation field, Industry
· High proficiency English, both oral and written
· Able to make frequent business travels
