We have an exciting new opportunity for an Industrialisation Methods Specialist (IMS) who will play a pivotal role in discovering alternative solutions to current methods and practices, aiming to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) across both new and ongoing projects/contracts.

You’ll make an impact by ….

  • Lead Industrialisation / Methods projects by engaging with other business functions such as projects, mobilisation, production, EHS, materials and engineering
  • Create and compose documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applying technical specifications like COIs, VMIs, and established procedures and practices
  • Working alongside projects, engineering and operational teams to deliver sustainable improvements and solutions within the project gateways using LEAN working methods and toolkits
  • Continually review existing and new processes, implementing process improvements and keeping under review the effectiveness of changes
  • Create process flows, diagrams and any other relative technical documents such as value stream maps and quality glass case books
  • Lead process validation activities from concept through to delivery, ensuring any new working methods are compliant to the relevant standards.

You’ll win us over by …

  • Knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification required)
  • Experience of running continuous improvement projects, demonstrating value adding output
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working within document control, change control and checking / reviewing procedures
  • Consistent track record in creating high-quality technical documents
  • Prior experience in a similar role(s) within a manufacturing or production environment
