Your future role.
  • In your role as the Inbound Supply Chain Manager of the Division Low Voltage Motors you will be responsible for the continuous and sustainable improvement of the global inbound supply chains and material management of 8 production locations, in cooperation with local and global logistics experts. 
  • You will take the lead for a related module in our global productivity program MCIP with the aim to develop global strategies and guidelines for resilient supply chains, optimal sourcing processes and inventory management and actively drive the  implementation with the factory teams.
  • To identify and utilize optimization potentials, you conduct value stream analysis methods: Managing “AS IS” Value Stream Mapping (including E2E process mapping) and “TO BE” Value Stream Design
  • To optimize the performance of our strategic suppliers, you will drive global initiatives and cross-functional supplier development.
  • You are familiar with state-of-the-art delivery models and inventory management methods and capable to apply those in highly complex supply chain eco-systems.
  •  If required, you will support the global material escalation process and allocation management for critical materials. 

Your profile.
  • (Master's) degree in logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification 
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an operational function within SCM
  • Deep Knowledge of SAP ERP, S4/Hana
  • Extensive experience in the management of SCM projects, also in an international environment 
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strategic way of working 
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor: question the status quo
  • Cultural understanding/ People driven with empathy
  • Bring different mindsets together, motivate people 
  • Success-orientated and creative solution finding paired with a hands-on mentality
  • Analytic mindset with a passion for optimizing global supply chains 
  • Enthusiastic team player with a future oriented mindset (think out of the box)
  • Fluent language skills in German and English

For this position, you have a willingness to travel globally up to 20%.
