Job description
What will you do if join us?
• Sales reporting and controlling:
1) SU planning and rolling forecast, deviation analysis
2) Cost Control incl. transparency and follow up
3) Perform ICS (Internal Control System) and continually improve the process and results with related team
4) Monitoring and reporting sales performance
5) Monthly Order Income Forecast coordination
6) Budgeting and budgetary control: organize annual budgeting and implement budgetary control on sales
7) Driving Controlling Digitalization incl. BI report and workflow digitalization
• Sales Management & Administration
1) Vbez Administration Control
2) Sales Target setting (SIP) and sales performance KPIs
3) SIP calculation
• upport Sales FIN Head with all kinds of analysis and target tracking
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
• Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
1) 5+ years of experience in key financial functions (e.g. controlling) related to Sales, in multinational companies
2) Familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of Siemens would be value added
3) Good business understanding with experiences in different commercial backgrounds
4) Clear understanding of value chain and value flows of the business
5) Responsible and reliable with good communication skills
6) Be open-minded for changes/ new opportunities
• Professional Knowledge
1) Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both IFRS and Chinese GAP
2) Knowledge in commercial controlling tools and processes
3) Knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations
4) Fluent in English and Chinese
• Technologies:
1) SAP/SAC: Finance and Accounting related modules
2) Microsoft Office Tools and how they are used to transmit key messages. BI tools skill is a plus
• Business experience:
1) Financial excellence expertise, e.g., Cost management, Business forecasting and financial analysis
• Soft skill:
