What are my responsibilities?
• In your new role as Financial Controlling Manager, you transform data into meaningful insights
• You perform budgeting and financial planning, reporting of actuals and forecasting activities for the business unit globally
• You provide regular business analysis with respect to financial KPIs and recommend further actions
• Further, you conduct ad-hoc analysis of financial data and derive conclusions, provide transparency of assets and recommend actions
• You support automation of planning and reporting processes, drive introduction and further development of smart tools and optimize controlling methodology
• Moreover, you manage special tasks and projects for head of controlling and head of finance
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable
• You have several years of professional experience in two or more finance functions with a profound knowledge of Siemens reporting guidelines and processes
• Further, you are familiar with Siemens reporting tools, preferably including SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Tableau and SAC
• To find your way in an international environment you bring business-fluent English and German language skills
• Personally, you convince with strong analytical skills, initiative, creativity that enables you to think outside the box and create smarter solutions, results orientation and the ability to prepare management presentations.
