This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Hybrid ORMarketing Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the content of marketing tools and collateral in our USA website, One Library content, and Digital Asset Management.
- Be responsible for NAM Hybrid OR conference strategy and collaborate with other team members for customer engagement
- You will develop high-level marketing collateral on the advantages of Siemens Healthineers product portfolio (Hybrid OR)
- You will engage with Hybrid OR customers to assist with analyzing and distributing market intelligence for the Hybrid OR market
- Ensuring timely completion of marketing projects and supporting the field with marketing requests
- Collaborate with global surgery team and champion NAM needs in the Hybrid OR space

- You have some relevant clinical experience in an operating room setting
- You have a strong background and experience in B2B and/or healthcare marketing
- You have good PC skills (MS Office software - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
- Willingness to travel is expected
- Fluent in English; both verbally and in writing
- You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation
Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing required
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare related field
- Ability to lift approx. 25 lbs.
- Willing to travel up to 25%

The pay range for this position is $77,000- $93,000 annually; with a bonus target of 6% however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
