You‘ll make animpact by
We will provide you the opportunityto:
- Work in partnership with the Head of P&O and P&O Business Partners on key people priorities 2024.
- Shape strategic projects in collaboration with the regional P&O team on topics of development & learning, the new normal and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- As a member of our Sandbox, actively drive P&O MEA collaboration and take the lead in organizing P&O events.
- Be close to the business and have direct interaction with managers / employees. Support the P&O team with P&O operations.
- Use your skillset and digital mindset to spearhead improvements and collaboration.
Yoursuccess is grounded in
- An enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student with majors in Human Resources, Communications or similar.
- A highly motivated, engaged, and passionate team player
- Someone who brings a unique perspective to our team and voices their opinion
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly responsible and able to work independently
- Digital native
