For our Blade production plant in Aalborg, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced and self-driven HSE officer working primarily on the shop floor.
You will be joining a strong team with experienced and engaged colleagues while becoming part of a global company with multiple carrier paths. We prioritize Health, Safety and Environment and are highly committed on bringing the Safety Culture to a higher level.
What are my responsibilities?
· Facilitating and conducting risk assessments.
· Evaluating and supporting HSE related questions arising.
· Leading investigation on accident and communicating lesson learned.
· Reviewing and approving corrective actions and ensuring they are implemented.
· Developing training material and training employees in new procedures and processes.
· Make sure operations are conducted in compliance with legislation and raise issues.
· Primarily work time is day shift but support to other shifts is required.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· You have the passion to proactively drive Safety Culture.
· You have a relevant academic background and 3+ years of experience from a similar position, ideally from the wind turbine or construction industry.
· Preferably, you have professional experience with ergonomic and technical safety.
· You are a team player and possess strong communications skills when it comes to communicating with people on all levels of the organization.
· As a person, you are proactive with strong analytical skills, and you have an open-minded approach to people and new ways of thinking.
· You have a basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
· Furthermore, you are a skilled communicator with good Danish and English skills both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
· You have a valid driving license.
