Responsibilities:

Be responsible for personnel-activities inLocation for the served BUs. Be responsible for implementing operational HRtopics as part of business strategy within the Strategy framework specified byrelated BUs, in the areas of recruiting, training and development, PLP,compensation and benefits, employee relationship, HR projects etc. to ensureproviding quality HR consultation and support to business and improveorganizational effectiveness.

1.           Assistmanagers to address specific people topics, advise on options, assess risk inemployee lifecycle management to ensure consistent people experience and equipmanagers with abundant know-how.

2.           Managedata and documentation handling at local level with timely manner and highaccuracy, with collaboration with share services.

3.           Provideconsultation to managers on various topics, e.g. performance management, talentmanagement, ER, re-org, to support business success and organizationaleffectiveness.

4.           Answeremployee questions that require a level of professional judgment beyond thescope of AskHR.

5.           ImplementHR projects and initiatives according to defined framework/HRBP requirements,e.g. PLP, engagement, culture.

6.           Actas key player in local project (when necessary).

7.           Responseto requirement of regional/global HRBP and implement for responsibleBL/business unit (when necessary)

Requirements:

1.           3+years HR domain experience and 1+ years MNC experience   

2.           Bachelordegree or above, graduation from reputable university is preferred
