Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As HR Site Lead you will be responsible to lead the sites’ HR team for the locations Zurich and Renens.
- You are part of the Swiss HR Management Team directly reporting into the Head of HR Switzerland.
- You will support the continues integration of policies and procedures at all Siemens Healthineers sites in Switzerland following our successful integration with the Varian business.
- Being part of the global Siemens Healthineers HR team, you will work closely with regional HR colleagues, local HR team and HR COEs to ensure successful and compliant implementation of global HR initiatives, policies, and processes at site level.
- This goes hand in hand with keeping the positioning of Siemens Healthineers International AG as employer of choice in Switzerland.
- With your team and sparring partners (payroll, HR services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) you will lead the organization through all local HR processes within the annual cycle.
- As valued partner of the business you accompany the strategic development of the locations Zurich and Renens with sound HR solutions.
- As HR Site Lead you continue a collaborative interaction with the employee representation (e.g. for the annual compensation negotiations and presentation of major changes), HR colleagues from Siemens Switzerland as well as external providers (e.g. annual insurance renewals).
- You will manage the site’s HR budget, ensuring compliance with commitments made and systematically seeking optimization opportunities.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have profound professional experience in operational and strategic HR in Switzerland with a proven track record as an HR professional in technology, healthcare or multinational organizations.
- You have leadership experience, either as heading HR Business partners or a COE function in Switzerland.
- You represent a modern, innovation-driven and cost-conscious HR mindset by using your current modern "method box" and inclusive leadership style to maintain a competent, dedicated and successful HR team.
- You have experience in dealing with mergers & acquisitions from an HR perspective.
- You have solid up to date knowledge of Swiss Compensation & Benefits systems including pension schemes, insurances and Swiss labor and social security laws.
- As a basis, you have a degree in Human Resources (e.g. Head HR with swiss federal diploma), Business Administration, Law, Psychology or Organizational Management.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a strong understanding of HR issues that impact the business and how the business can create profit and value. You support leaders in identifying and resolving dysfunctional aspects of processes, structures and systems.
- You have a clear goal to be a trusted HR advisor and sparring partner to the Swiss leadership team and the site leadership. You can anticipate business requirements and proactively provide solutions.
- You are a change agent and can lead HR change initiatives and contribute to business change activities, promoting and supporting new ways of working in the organization.
- You convince by issuing concise and audience-oriented messages, while speaking clearly in various situations.
- You have excellent business acumen, have experience working in international companies and have a noticeable presence in the business leadership team.
- You are fluent in German and English and can ideally also communicate in French.
