HR Recruitment Support (Student)

SiemensHealthineers offers a unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist tojoin to our international team. The successful candidate will be part of our regionaltalent acquisition (Central Eastern Europe, Central Asia) to support new hirerecruitment and Offer/Employment Agreement creation. The successful candidatewill work together with colleagues across the globe.

We are offering a12 months fixed-term contract suitable for Students only (Max 20 hours perweek), with the ideal location being Bratislava, Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate support for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers in the Administration process. 
• Administer offer letter delivery to new employees.
• Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.
• Work in different internal systems to support administrative tasks, work with confidential data.
• Assist team members in recruitment processes and coordination, specificallt interview arranging with Managers and Candidates.

Requirements:

• High level communication skills in English, with an additional European language desired
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Adhere to laws, rules, and personal data privacy regulations.
• Ability to guide processes to closure.
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Passionate desire to learn and grow, enjoy teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ideally some experience in an HR, admin or recruiting coordination role.
• Min. intermediate level of Slovakian & English
• Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, andPowerPoint
