Your future role.
- You manage and carry out data analysis with a focus on HR data as required and create KPI reports, dashboards and presentations based on this if necessary.
- You are responsible for the administration of analytics tools in close alignment with the provider for the HR IT tools and internal stakeholders.
- Within the payroll provider setup you act as workstream lead for People Analytics and you are part of the global project to implement a new HR IT landscape (SuccessFactors in the center of the new landscape).
- You establish and follow through efficient governance and communication setup with these internal and external stakeholders related to People Analytics topics.
- You implement and manage KPIs and service levels based on agreed contractual agreements regarding People Analytics.
- You identify areas for improvement and define measures and actions in collaboration with P&O organizations, our provider and in line with our global strategy.
- Additionally, you continuously challenge the status quo and optimize the landscape in alignment with our provider, HR Service and IT strategy colleagues.
- You partner with local and regional HR heads and bring a understanding for business requirements to deliver measurable value through our HR service and IT portfolio.
Your profile.

- You have a university degree in Business Administration, focusing on HR or IT, Information Technology or related majors and bring long-term relevant work experience.
- Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience in the area of People Analytics in an international company.
- You have minimum 2 years’ experience working with external HR and/or Payroll Service providers, ideally having also been in a similar role as key person to own the People Analytics topic.
- You are very confident in handling Big Data in tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and are familiar with the creation of complex reports.
- You have an affinity for numbers, analytical thinking skills, a systematic way of working and a hands-on mentality.
- You are an open personality, appear convincing and confident and have good communication skills.
- You have initial experience in dealing with stakeholders from different management levels.
- You can effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries and work in a cross-functional team environment.
- You bring an excellent ability to quickly grasp complex issues and situations and present them to the target groups in a structured manner.
- You are motivated, proactive, self-directed, results-oriented, influential, flexible and adaptable.
- Business-fluent English language skills in spoken and written are indispensable, ideally you have additional foreign language skills.
