As HR Manager within our People & Organisation team, you will be responsible for the implementation of critical initiatives and HR operational delivery to a growing business in Spain, currently around 250 people across multiple sites, in a diverse and complex hi-tech environment.

You will be responsible for shaping the people landscape, defining guidelines, processes, and procedures; and you will be the direct P&O Business Partner to senior leaders in Sales and R&D. You will drive our many strategic goals, including D&I & Talent, establishing operational objectives and ensuring Siemens Software continues to be a great place to work. We continue to grow, therefore having the interest & ability to contribute as an integral part of an M&A team, the ability to collaborate with our colleagues in Talent Acquisition to bring on board diverse talent, and an eye for detail when partnering with our Payroll and functional teams will be key. You will champion positive change across the organization, including redefining how we deliver HR services.

We are a global company, therefore an understanding & appreciation of international HR, and the ability to partner with Global HR Business Partners is crucial.

Based on our office in Cornellà De Llobregat you will have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode, but will also need the ability to travel to our other offices in Spain from time to time as needed.

Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner to multiple groups, including the country management team.
  • Motivate change in the business: from implementing new work patterns to integrating acquired companies; supporting transformation objectives within HR to challenging our leaders to be better people managers; and offering interventions that make a positive difference.
  • Guide on policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction. You translate the overall business strategy in a high-impact People strategy and action plan.
  • Responsible for effective and efficient management of day-to-day operations and delivery of HR programs and services.
  • Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning diverse functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
  • Act as a coach or a point of escalation for complex employee relations cases.
  • Day-to-day operational HR.

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, with broad HR experience
  • Thorough understanding of Spanish employment legislation and HR practice
  • Adept at business partnering in a software/hi-tech environment
  • Experience supporting M&A activities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build relationships and communicate at all levels across international teams
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases
  • Track record of influencing and implementing change in complex environments
  • Strong organizational and administration skills
  • Fluency in English & Spanish
