HR/IT SCRUM Master (ServiceNow HRSD) (m/f/d)

Tasks& Responsibilities

• You act as HR/IT Scrum Master for allServiceNow HRSD related topics
• You will work closely with productowners to manage their product backlog and ensure it is properly prioritizedand aligned with stakeholder needs as well as our IT and platform strategy
• You will proactively steer all agileactivities and it is your responsibility to plan, manage and deliver featurereleases while identifying, tracking and mitigating risks and impediments thataffect scheduling, scope and quality
• You will ensure that the deliverablesfollowing best practices in accordance to our quality standards
• You will ensure proper implementationfollowing our IT service management and IT compliance framework while fosteringa culture of continuous improvement
• You think about the 'big picture',considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies
• You collaborate closely with internalstakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities
  
  

Qualification& Experience

• You hold a master’s degree in asubject related to information technology or business administration
• You have several years of experiencein driving agile developments in technology or HR-related projects as ScrumMaster or as Agile Project Manager and have profound experience with ITSolutions to manage agile processes (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
• We also welcome applicants with aBachelor's degree or completed vocational training, coupled with additionalprofessional experience in this field
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), similar agile certifications or related to the ServiceNow NOWCreate methodology are an advantage
• Ideally, you bring a broad knowledgeof ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module, or have a good understanding ofrelated HR/IT processes at a global scale
• You are experienced working ininternational and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects
• You have a good knowledge of managingIT service providers
• You are familiar with and understandthe compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcareindustry"
