Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You act as HR/IT Scrum Master for all ServiceNow HRSD related topics
- You will work closely with product owners to manage their product backlog and ensure it is properly prioritized and aligned with stakeholder needs as well as our IT and platform strategy
- You will proactively steer all agile activities and it is your responsibility to plan, manage and deliver feature releases while identifying, tracking and mitigating risks and impediments that affect scheduling, scope and quality
- You will ensure that the deliverables following best practices in accordance to our quality standards
- You will ensure proper implementation following our IT service management and IT compliance framework while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a master’s degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration
- You have several years of experience in driving agile developments in technology or HR-related projects as Scrum Master or as Agile Project Manager and have profound experience with IT Solutions to manage agile processes (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training, coupled with additional professional experience in this field
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), similar agile certifications or related to the ServiceNow NOW Create methodology are an advantage
- Ideally, you bring a broad knowledge of ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module, or have a good understanding of related HR/IT processes at a global scale
- You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects
- You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers
- You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry

- You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics and you are highly motivated to drive topics to completion
- You have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation
- You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation. Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written, and German language skills are an advantage
- You communicate reliably across all organizational levels and working cultures
