The challenge

Help us identify and develop the talent of tomorrow. You’ll take ownership of tasks and support the as they execute HR projects. Prove yourself and we could consider fast-tracking you to a graduate position.

· Get to grips with your designated business unit, including its goals, vision, services, customers and supply chain
· Roll your sleeves up, taking ownership for tasks and projects you’ve been assigned

The candidate

· Are an undergraduate studying for an HR related degree, or business degree with an interest in HR
· You’re a people person with a knack for spotting natural talent and you want to bring the best out in everyone

· Enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel comfortable taking responsibility for tasks and projects you’ve been assigned

Our internship roles could take you anywhere in the UK, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with the teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
