Are youready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? 

The ‘Compensation Services’ team in Lisbonhandles the processing of the bonus administration and the related activitiesfor all countries in Europe.

As part of the team, you will be responsible forperforming daily activities to ensure smooth administration and coordination ofall relevant local process steps.


Your mission will be…

  • Ensures the correct processing of employee-relateddata for the applicable incentive / bonus schemes in different Europeancountries.
  • Performs data preparation and management of relevantdata in different HR Information Systems and is responsible for the handling ofthe tool that is used for the bonus administration (SIPCA).
  • Audits data entered in HRIS to ensure high dataintegrity and runs data checks.
  • Provides country related information (in exchange andclarification with colleagues in the respective countries).
  • Provides support in clarification cases andcoordinates the necessary consultations with contact persons in the respectivecountries.
  • Closely interacts with the different service lines inorder to stabilize and standardize processes that require tasks from differentteams (e.g. payroll).
  • Continuously works on process optimization andimprovements.
  • Applies documented rules, past practices, orinstruction on an independent level.
  • Effectively identifies problems as they occur andtakes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem isdifficult or complex.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Successfully completed studiesin Business Administration, HR or comparable.
  • 2-3 years of successfulexperience in Human Resources focus on Compensation & Benefits, dataprocessing or customer service.
  • Excellent people skills andsensitivity to intercultural issues.
  • Microsoft Office Excel skillsare required.
  • Knowledge of client/serverapplications is required.
  • Excellent communication(verbal & written) skills in English is a must.
  • HR system knowledge is a plus.
  • SAP system knowledge is a plus.
  • Additional skills in Europeanlanguages is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
