We are currently seeking a Human Resources Consultant who willpartner with our Healthineers Logistics organization at the AmericasDistribution Center (ADC) in a consultative capacity to drive the employeedimensions of the business strategy. The Human Resources Consultant will havethe ability to understand our business, our strategy, and our mission todeliver integrated Human Resources management services and programs toapproximately 200 employees. 

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of human resources andoperational support to our organization.

• Assist in Implement employee relations strategiesdesigned to create an environment that drives maximum individual and teamsuccess and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.

• Assist in Investigating and resolving employeerelations issues in such way that balances organizational needs and individualinterests.

• Assist in change management initiatives and partnerwith the leadership team to effectively communicate business strategies, goals,values, and performance expectations with an emphasis on Healthineers People& Leadership Practices.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• BS/BA in related discipline required, advanceddegree a plus. SPHR/GPHR/PHR is strongly preferred.

• 5+ years of successful experience in a humanresources generalist capacity with successful demonstration of the keyresponsibilities as presented above.

• The proven ability to work in a highly matrixedorganization preferably in a healthcare, medical device, or med techenvironment.  Experience working with Logistics or Distribution aplus.

• The proven ability to prioritize rapidly; strongproblem-solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; excellentoral and written communication and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

• The ability to develop strong trusting relationshipswith the business leadership and employees to gain support and achieve results,and to manage multiple conflicting priorities.

• The ability to be flexible, self-directed,motivated, and able to interact with employees at all levels. Be prepared toalso support and consult managers and employees in the administration,interpretation and application of policies and procedures.

• The proven ability to research and analyzeinformation, make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, byusing judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies,procedures, regulation, or government law.

• The proven ability to objectively coach employeesand management through routine and complex employee relations matters.

• The proven ability to demonstrate leadership skills,professionalism, and team attitude.
