We’re looking for a caliber with the skills and passion to build a better tomorrow with us. Join our People and Organization Talent Acquisition (TA) team as Head for China (incl. Hong Kong & Taiwan) and take the lead in acquiring the talents that will transform every day. As the head of TA you are part of the global TA community and as regional TA Speaker for APAC.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition China and AA, your responsibilities are:
• You’ll lead the TA strategy, team and resources as well as leverage networks internally and externally to create an exceptional “end to end” recruiting portfolio and experience that helps Siemens China business grow
• You’ll be working closely with our businesses, as well as other TA and P&O experts globally, You”ll thrive on partnership and building trusted relationships
• You’ll also be a champion of digital innovation, responsible for leveraging our talent acquisition technology ecosystem in China
• You will consult the country businesses and TA community based on their current challenges, business operational and strategic development needs and co-create on strategic and operational TA initiatives and transformation
• You will develop and communicate a strategic plan that unites local, business, and global requirements to shape the future of talent acquisition for Siemens in China
• You will leverage the diverse skills and experience of our recruiting experts, including day to day management and continuous focus on the coaching and development of your team
• You will shape a team that has a strong desire to create a positive hiring experience for all partners and create a culture of dedication to exceeding all performance targets
• You will use your extensive market knowledge and apply our talent data and insight to partner our business leadership, crafting and delivering strategic projects based on business requirements
• Be accountable for the compliance and application of local regulations to all aspects of our recruiting processes
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Extensive experience in recruitment, ideally with solid work experience in multinational company
• Consultation experience in talent acquisition and talent management
• Analytical skills and conceptual thinking. Creative, self-motivated and embrace challenges.
• Track record of leadership, and experience with change and transformation implementation
• Sound interpersonal savvy, strong communication and relationship building skills
