Commercial Director – GB&I
 

The Commercial Director – GB&I is a senior role reporting to the Managing Director. The role sits within the Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I) Management Team and coordinates the overall strategic sales responsibility across the Healthineers Imaging portfolio.

The role is responsible for advancing the strategic business goals and operational excellence of the Imaging Sales organisation. Together with the Zone Business Leads, the role is responsible for order and sales income, account coverage and penetration, profitable growth, customer satisfaction and portfolio development.

The role responsibilities include development of strategic sales approaches to address both the public and private Healthcare sectors across GB&I. The role holder will work with senior internal and external stakeholders to understand the challenges, opportunities and develop solutions that position Siemens Healthineers as a Trusted Partner.

The role is a manager of managers and assumes overall Executive Level Leadership for the following key functions within the business:

• Strategic cross Business Area sales and business development
• GB&I Imaging Sales and Key Account Mgt
• Business Partner Management
• Sales Enablement and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Accordingly, Head of Imaging Sales, Head of SalesEnablement and Business Partner Management will all report to this role.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Familiarity with the GB&I Diagnostic Imaging market environment
• Previous, successful sales and people management experience
• Technical awareness of Diagnostic Imaging products and solutions
• Radiography experience (desirable but not essential)
• Expertise in Siemens DI products (desirable but not essential)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify insights, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to think strategically and apply strategic frameworks to guide decision making and project execution
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure demonstrating resilience and adaptability to challenging situations.
