Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving innovation in the electrification, automation, and e-mobility industry? Siemens, a global powerhouse in technology, is seeking a Head of Sales to lead our Electrification and Automation division, including E-Mobility, in the vibrant Pacific Region!

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating key relationships, and strategically positioning Siemens as the go-to provider for electrification, automation, and e-mobility solutions in the Pacific Region. Our key offerings in their portfolios are Medium and Low voltage switchgear, Protection relays, power system automation and microgrids, and E Chargers for Heavy Vehicle and Public infrastructure charging.

The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Pacific Region, driving revenue growth and market expansion in electrification, automation, and e-mobility. They will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

You will stay abreast of industry trends, helping the sales team to identifying new strategic business opportunities. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives in the Pacific Region.

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.  Experience within the electrification, automation, industry will be an advantage. Strong strategic and business acumen, coupled with excellent communication and people management skills are a must and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
