Your future role.
- You are leading a team of international acting project managers.
- In your responsibility is the successful execution of the minerals project portfolio in quality, time and budget.
- You form a learning team to avoid Non-Conformance Costs and deliver high profitable projects.
- You lead a sub-team for Site Services and organize the worldwide site activities.
- The Organization of regular project reviews and reporting to the management is in your responsibility.
- In close cooperation with the Procurement Team you coordinate the external and internal suppliers.
- You are in close contact to our customers in case of any escalations.
- Implementation of the Solutions Strategy in the projects.
Your profile.

- You have completed a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- You have already gained long-term years of professional experience.
- You executed several international projects as Senior Project Manager and you are certified according to PM@Siemens or similar.
- Good Knowledge about the mineral industry.
- You have already experience in leading a department.
- Good Reporting skills to the management and to the management of our customers.
- Analytical thinking enables you to quickly identify problems in a project and to find the right counter measures.
- You love to work in international teams.
- You are fluent in English and German; Spanish would be a benefit.
