Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Headof Procurement for our Service Business.  

In this role you will lead the team across Thailand including project and factoryprocurement, scaling efficiently to address the expanding business pipelineacross the region and supporting various business units.

• You will identify and manage procurement risks, opportunities, potentialchanges, and claims during the entire lifecycle of a project.
• You will drive cross functional cost reduction initiatives in bids andprojects.
• You will ensure resilience supply chain and further develop supply base.
• You will develop and implement sustainable strategic procurementactivities.
• You will engage in and utilize a global procurement network of categorymanager and project procurement manager.
• You will ensure an industry leading sourcing process, incl. control ofthe spend and ensuring purchase-to-pay compliance.
• You will drive continuous improvement & digitalization both withinthe team and the supply chain.
• You will monitor supply market conditions.
• You will develop, manage, and engage preferred suppliers to drivesupplier innovation and performance.
• You will manage demand from internal customers.

• You are experienced in the field of procurement as well as peoplemanagement role
• Profound knowledge of SCM and preferably railways business
• Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with variousstakeholders across the business
• Proven international experience in collaboration and strongcross-functional collaboration skills in an international organization
• Ability to build trust and confidence quickly and professionally
• Adhere to our core values of being humble, hardworking, having theability to execute - getting things done, being smart with regards to people,processes & problem solving
• Good knowledge of electronic auctions and bids (e-auctions/ e-bids)
• You are interested in digital & automating solutions
