We are looking for Head of IT Hub– India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of ITHub to lead our IT operations in India. The Head of IT Hub will be responsiblefor overseeing all IT activities, managing a team of IT professionals, anddriving the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions to support theorganization's operations and strategic objectives. This role requires stableand strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborateeffectively with stakeholders locally and internationally at all levels.

You’ll make adifference by

• Develop and execute the IT strategy for the India hub, aligning it with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications within the India hub.
• Collaborate with global IT Business Partners and delivery leaders to understand the IT strategy per business unit and align hub initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure the delivery of reliable and secure IT services, including network, hardware, software, and data management.
• Monitor IT performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive business growth and competitiveness.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for the India hub, ensuring cost-effective investments and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, data privacy, and security standards.
• Act as a point of escalation for IT issues, providing timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing IT operations, preferably within an IT hub or shared services environment.
• Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor relationship management.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices in IT management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Time and space flexibility:
• Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
• Willingness to travel (national and international) as per the business need
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory requirements and business practices is a plus.
