Then come and join our global team as Head of Global Compensation Program Management (f/m/d) to lead the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs with global scope, to oversee our global job structures and the position evaluation within senior management.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You lead the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs with global scope (e.g. short- and long term incentive, rewards and recognition, all employee share participation programs) and you oversee our global job structures and the position evaluation within senior management.
  • You contribute to the development and are responsible for the implementation of global compensation strategies with focus on senior management and ensure the organization's compensation practices align with organizational goals, business objectives, industry standards and trends. Where needed, you partner with external consultants to assess and enhance the effectiveness of global compensation programs.
  • You stay abreast of global regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations ensuring compliant administration of our global compensation programs.
  • You provide guidance and support to HR teams globally on compensation-related matters and develop communication strategies to educate HR teams and employees globally on compensation programs ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • You lead and manage a team of compensation professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Establishing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the compensation function.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have an university degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
  • You have long-term experience in global compensation management, including design, implementation and administration of comprehensive compensation programs.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations, and best market practices.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Your attributes and skills:
  • You are characterized by a strategic mindset with the ability to align compensation programs with business objectives.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility, a team-oriented, structured work style and a high level of commitment.
  • You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in using compensation-related tools and software.
  • You have a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive compensation information.
  • You have a very good command of English to be able to operate successfully in our international context; knowledge of German is desirable
