Diagnostic Imaging Business Lead – GB&I
Siemens Healthineers are searching for a Business Lead to manage our Diagnostic Imaging business in Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I), including MR, CT, Molecular Imaging, X-ray Products, and Digital Health.
The role holder will be fundamental to defining and executing a local strategy to position Siemens Healthineers as the key solution provider for Diagnostic Imaging within the GB&I Market. This will be evidenced through orders, sales and market share. This is a highly empowered role and the scope extends to full commercial “Profit & Loss” responsibility as well as the management of the Product Managers.
Your mission and responsibilities:
• Drive profitable growth: As a result of direct and team engagement, to increase market share, orders, sales and development of Contribution Margin pertaining to the Diagnostic Imaging business within GB&I. This should be realised through a mix of demand generation, increased win rate within procurement competitions, development of existing customer business (including IB retention programs), and the generation of new “value add” business models offering comprehensive solutions to our customers.
• Identify business development opportunities, including outside of current portfolio and own Business Area.
• To keep up to date with current products and clinical trends in order to establish long term market and product strategies
• To develop and maintain excellent direct relationships with key customers (including principal management of our relationship with NHS Supply Chain / SCCL)
• Work together with the Sales Managers to engage with NHS/HSE and Private Sector customers to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Ensure the delivery of winning tender responses and business proposals to a high quality and to the prospect/customer’s schedule
• Engage in sales negotiations, and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers
• To construct, negotiate and manage the fulfilment of annual Diagnostic Imaging budgets. This includes reviewing the business forecast on a monthly basis
• Maintain close liaison with EMEA and Zone stakeholders to support delivery of business objectives
• Maintain product knowledge and observe QA and Compliance procedures
• To ensure that the team is appropriately resourced to deliver product support both in the pre and post sales environments, along with Applications support as required in agreement with CS
• Representation of company interests on AXREM trade body Executive Committee, and speaking at congresses and other customer events. Assist in concept development of these events, generation of presentations and lectures
• Maintain bi-directional communications with internal sales and Business Area/Line development organisations to optimise the sales and product portfolio and processes, e.g. feedback of customer requirements, etc.

Your qualifications and experience:
• Familiarity with the GB&I Diagnostic Imaging market environment
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with a sales team to drive results and execute commercial strategies, ideally in the MedTech industry or related B2B industry
• Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging products and solutions
• Radiography experience (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge in Siemens Diagnostic Imaging (desirable but not essential)
