Under this name, Siemens is combining its business activities in the areas of low- to high-voltage motors, geared motors, medium-voltage converters and motor spindles. Position Overview: Join our entrepreneurial team as our Head of Business Controlling for our factory located in Drasov near Brno. Out factory is very valuable to our company worldwide. We produce high voltage motors with installation around the globe and representing competence centre for component production for our factories in Europe and US. The successful candidate will be the commercial partner to the factory CFO and to the segment CFO of High Voltage Motors segment and will be responsible for driving and leading the commercial activities for our business. Location of this position is in town Drasov in the Czech Republic.
What role will you play:
- Closely partner with factory CFO to develop and drive cost transparency including financial results on product level. Focus on cross departmental collaboration within our Innomotics company. Collaborates with factory management, HQ and functions like Controlling, Procurement, Order Management, Product Management etc.
- Owns all aspects of commercial management, cost management, controlling, continuous improvement and reporting activities.
- Leads Business Controlling team and its department performances.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience in Finance preferably 5 and more years.
- Experienced in leading and developing a team.
- Commercial product experience a plus to have.
- Highly skilled in communication and presentation.
- Collaboration skills.
- Be fluent in English and Czech language.
