Head of Building Products, ASEAN

Are you a passionate leader with a deep understanding of the Building Products (BP) Industry? We invite you to join a collaborative team and shape the future of BP in ASEAN. As the Head of BP, you will represent the business in-country (internally/externally), and with the country management teams and committee. You will drive sustainable growth, build a high-performing team, and implement data-driven strategies to unlock new opportunities across diverse markets.


You will make an impact in the following

Lead Regional Business Unit and Strategy: Drive business activities; Lead the business unit to achieve optimal structure and financial results; Set regional targets; Implement early warning, risk management; Prepare regional forecasts.
Represent and Alignment the Business Unit: Act as the primary HQ partner, represent the regional Business Unit and advocate for their interests within the headquarters.
Develop and Coach Regional Building Automation Teams: Support and coach regional teams to achieve business targets, drive business development and controlling at the regional Business Unit level, focusing on growth.
Portfolio and Channel Management Support: Provide transparency for portfolio management and Channel Management decisions.
Sustainability and Process Optimization: Ensure strategic implementation and commercial aspects are considered in decision-making processes, thereby lead the organization towards sustainable financial results and processes.

Your defining qualities:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working effectively in an international and multicultural environment
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with senior management and peers
Minimum 5 years of proven track record in leading sales and marketing organizations, driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and building high-performing teams.
Experience in contract management through the entire lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and monitoring.
Market knowledge and understanding of building technologies within the region.
