What are my responsibilities?

The programme will cycle through placements in Siemens internal Global Information Technology departments in our Account Management, Projects & Programmes Office, User Engagement, and Commercial functions. During these placements, the successful graduates will be exposed to international teams and top executives in the company. At the end of the programme, we are looking to develop high-potential candidates for our key Account Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, User Engagement functions, and from there, the entire Siemens world will be available for your developing career.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

With a recent or upcoming 2:2 or above Degree in Business or Information Technology / Information Management combined with Business, you will be eager to start your career with one of the world's foremost engineering companies. Successful candidates will have a demonstrable track record of being a self-starter and achieving their goals in the face of challenges, with a desire to enhance and improve the organisation that you work for, and a passion for bringing good technology into an operational business context where it can make an impact to the bottom line.

Any experience or training in the following areas would be advantageous:

· Project Management
· Operations Management and Quality Management
· Service Management
· Governance and Controlling
· Requirements Definition / Enterprise Architecture

What else do I need to know?

Although the majority of our placements are based in Poole, there are also opportunities at alternative Siemens locations, so you might be required to travel and must be willing and flexible to relocate for short periods of time. A short international assignment is also envisaged, so you must be comfortable with the concept of working away from home in different cultures.
