Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In close cooperation with our governance experts and stakeholders, with our businesses, functions, and regions, you work on increasing digitalization, to increase the transparency and efficiency of our governance framework processes. In doing so you take into account the requirements for the implementation of rule-based workflow and replication processes. You pay attention to scalability, standardization and continuous improvement of solutions considering external and internal best practices and state-of-the-art data solutions, e.g. through the use of artificial intelligence
- You ensure that the corporate governance framework is in compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, especially with regard to the proper documentation of important decision-making processes. You ensure process optimizations within the framework of projects, with a focus on increasing transparency, efficiency and minimizing risks
- With your experience and your view of the big picture, you contribute to driving central strategic initiatives and supporting local implementations. For this purpose, you independently develop training materials and communication measures within your area of responsibility and convey these to the stakeholders
- You are entrusted with the development, updating and implementation of regulations (e.g. directives) and procedures. You ensure that these are in line with ethical standards and legal regulations. You are responsible for the structure and language of regulations, through which productivity is increased by clear guidelines and risk-minimizing measures in close cooperation with the governance owners
- Collaborating with the globally responsible signature manager, you are responsible for the signature rules of the German corporate units

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics, law or a related field
- You have many years of substantial professional experience in a corporate environment and several years of professional experience in the areas of quality, governance, compliance, law, board office and corporate organization, combined with a pronounced interest in organizational issues and the establishment of regulations
- Experience in the creation and handling of certified management systems (e.g. Data Privacy, Quality Management or IT Security) are advantageous
- You have good project and process management experience and have ideally already introduced new processes, projects and/or tools. In doing so, you have proven that you can build and maintain integrative and globally sustainable partnerships with team colleagues, key stakeholders as well as business and function experts and influence their decision-making in multinational teams
- You have successfully led (transformation) projects using agile principles and methods. Your focus is on efficiency and process improvement, with the flexibility to be creative and "think outside the box"
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (e.g. Machine Learning, Generative AI) is advantageous
- Your profile is rounded off by your good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Power Point, Power BI / Automation, for the analysis of reports and presentations
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a high clarity in word and writing and have proven this in the preparation and presentation for the management. You have the ability to break down complex issues to the essentials and to prepare them in an adequate manner (e.g. in the form of documents, presentations) for our management
- You have very good communication skills as well as excellent English skills, which enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business areas, cultures, and management levels in an international environment. Thanks to your good German skills, you are able to communicate with our German-speaking interfaces without any problems
- With the help of excellent analytical skills, you penetrate complex issues. You are able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a team environment
