This is an onsite role with a flexibility of a hybrid schedule in our Issaquah, WA or Palo Alto, CA office.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Global MarketingCommunications Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Marketing communications from strategy throughexecution for our Cardiovascular Ultrasound business. Serve as a key resourceto the product marketing and global cross-modality teams to recommend andexecute high-impact communications programs, including traditional and newmedia, conferences, and marketing events.
- Developing and implementing integrated marketingcommunication strategies and plans encompassing collateral, events, demandgeneration, sales enablement, and brand positioning.
- Ensuring consistent messaging acrosscommunication channels to effectively represent the company’s products,solutions and services to customers, prospects, employees, partners, and media.
- Leveraging best practices including digitalmarketing, content marketing and demand generation in partnership with digitalstrategy teams.
- Sharing campaign and channel metrics as well asindustry trends including recommendations with key stakeholders on a regularbasis.
- Developing sales enablement assets incollaboration with marketing managers and agencies, monitoring theeffectiveness and increasing usage through internal platforms.
- Managing agency landscape and all relatedprojects with external and internal agencies and groups (i.e. PR, social media,media buying).
- Analyze communication program results; implementimprovements based on insights.
- Interface with global stakeholders and corporateteams to drive promotion of critical assets.

- Demonstrated experience managing the creation ofintegrated marketing communications programs preferably in the healthcaresector.
- Skilled in operating in compliance withregulatory requirements and internal tools.
- Experience building and managing demandgeneration campaigns.
- Experience in event/congress management
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- BA/BS Communications or equivalent; MBA highlydesirable.
- 8+ years of successful experience withinmarketing communications or communications.
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
- Possess strong project management skills.
- Ability to interface with upper management andglobal colleagues in a professional manner.
- Proven creative, innovative, and strategicthinker.
- Collaborative team player.
- Effective and engaging writer and storytellerwith strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills.
- Travel required: 10-20%
The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
