SiemensDigital Industries Software is seeking Global Health Management Project Manager to join our People & Organization (P&O) team.


About the role

As a Global Occupational Health Program Manager, youwill be developing and managing the full spectrum of Occupational Healthrequirements and services. This opportunity will allow you to activelyparticipate in a dynamic, challenging, and exciting environment. Supports DI SWGlobal Physical security strategy implementation by participating in AssetClassification & Protection assessments.


Area of responsibility

  • Leadsthe Global Occupational Health programs and manages the delivery of Health& Wellbeing plans across the organization.
  • Collaborateswith management, employees, and EHS team members in development and executionof Occupational Health programs.
  • Providesconsultation with business management on occupational health issues andservices.
  • Providesspecialist advice in all areas of fitness for work assessments in line withbest practice and Legislation.
  • Establishesand sustains network for clinical service support.
  • Liaiseswith other specialists (internal and external) in the management of fitness forwork assessments.
  • Undertakesclinical audit programmes and service evaluation.
  • SupportsIndustrial Hygiene programs designed to assess and mitigate occupationalexposure risks.
  • Additionally,support the physical security team by identifying deficiencies for improvementin high-security areas, security equipment, and security systems.
  • Thisincludes collaboration and support to the physical security team to ensure thatall control measures are in place to ensure timely identification of correctiveactions that need to be implemented.

Your qualifications

  • Typically,min. of 5 years of successful experience in related field and successfuldemonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge from relevant business.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant health related field (e.g., Masters in PublicHealth).
  • Experiencein developing global occupational health strategies, policies, and programs inmultiple countries.
  • Highlycollaborative leadership style with well-developed critical thinking andcommunication skills.
  • Experiencein a fast-paced, global organization or Data center organizations.
  • Certificationin Occupational Medicine is a plus.
  • Customerservice oriented.
  • Highintegrity.
  • Abilityto be a self-motivated learner who takes initiative.

You can work both remote or hybrid – depending of yourlocation. Since we work very closely with our employees,we are looking for a team member who will travel locally occasionally on our sites.
