What part will you play?
  • You are responsible for generating new features and introducing them into existing processes for recording customer tickets in our global network
  • In collaboration with those responsible for quality management, development and PLM, you will analyse international customer complaints and implement improvements
  • Together with our global teams, you will be responsible for handling service calls for switchgears and switching devices during the warranty period
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the installation of switchgear and carrying out installation training
  • You solve global customer tickets in connection with the SI EA IoT portfolio: NXpower Monitor, SIPROTEC Dashboard, SICAM Navigator, OT Companion covering the entire IoT system from cloud application to connectivity to switchgear sensors
  • Interact with customers and Siemens regions to gather information required to clarify technology issues and present solutions

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science or in a similar field 
  • You have many years of experience in commissioning and servicing switchgear and switching devices and are familiar with the regulations and standards 
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the development or installation and commissioning of energy automation products
  • You are well versed in IT and have knowledge of SAP and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI)
  • You are very familiar with user interfaces based on Microsoft Dynamics
  • You are familiar with cloud-based applications as well as Mindsphere and AWS
  • You have business fluent German and English language skills and are confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word Power Point)
  • You are characterised by a strong ability to analyse, self-commitment, decision-making skills and an innovative, effective and helpful way of working A structured and holistic way of thinking rounds off your profile
