Our business segment is responsible for the comprehensive Fire Safety product portfolio, a strong and growing pillar of the Siemens Building Product Business Unit. We work in close collaboration with our colleagues from R&D, Global Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing all over the world to guarantee the highest degree of customer satisfaction and commercial success. To strengthen our commercial team in our HQ in Zug, we are currently looking for a Business Data Controller. Are you motivated to be part of a diverse dynamic team? Your new responsibilities

·  Business data analysis of portfolio performance including amongst others the analysis of key sales/market data and analysis of the country penetration of our Fire and Safety portfolio. Be a Sparring Partner of the core business
·  Support the business with budgeting, planning and forecasting
·  Preparation of monthly reporting package (consolidation, analysis, key findings and creation of reports for the management)
·  Development of reporting structures and service level agreements and alignment of project promotions with relevant stakeholders
·  Drive continuous improvement and simplifications of existing tools, seek best practices across markets
·  Secure and lead annual product pricing
·  In collaboration with Quality Management, Product Management and Performance Controlling, assess provision levels for quality cases, respective cost controlling, tracking claim development within the impacted countries  

Your skills and experience

·  A finished degree in Business Administration, ideally with a further specialization in Controlling and or Data Science
·  We are looking for a controller with up to five years of practical Controlling experience and additional skills in Data Analysis
·  Ideally experience derived from a corporate environment. Intercultural competence and an open mindset for working on a global scale. You possess the mental flexibility to work on several tasks at one time
·  Experience with business intelligence tools would be an asset (e.g. Qlik Sense, QlikView, Dash)
·  Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel/Makro) and SAP (FI/CO, SD)
·  Strong sense of ownership, works independently and takes initiative
·  Fluency English is mandatory for this position, German is an advantage
