We are currently looking for:

A Generator Commissioning engineer / Fact Finder represents a competent partner in all areas associated with specialized, engineering controls and diagnostic level tasks onturbine and generator and components during new installation and service outages. Inthe area of responsibility, :

· Performs specialized, engineer level work at heavy duty generators in the power and oil & gas industry, including
· evaluation of generator components
· advanced generator diagnostics, e. g. robotic inspections
· natural frequency response test
· high voltage and other electrical tests
· Effectively identifies technical or schedule problems as they occur and takes appropriate actions to resolvethem
· Liases with engineering and other back office support departments to ensure a continuos flow of informatoin
· Provides expert advice and technicalguidance to support staff and subordinate technicians
· Provides all required documentation and reports in a timely manner and according to relevant procedures
· Compiles records in order to document condition of equipment andquality assurance
· Prepares and executes tests in order to proof operational readiness
· Works closely with site leads, supervisors and fellow employees
· Supports site and project managers to maximize customer satisfaction

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Bachelor/Master of Electrical or Process Engineering
· General Power Plant Know How, preferable at combined cycle power stations
· Relevant technical product & service knowledge
· Relevant Energy Service Product and Solution Portfolio
· Relevant IT-Applications
· Problem solving techniques
· Field Service reporting and technical documentation
· HSE procedures and regulations
· Quality Management
· English language or/and further languages
