You’ll make an impact by

Accurateand timely execution of transactional services defined in the local productcatalogue for internal customers in accordance with company regulations andguidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

·       VAT invoices issuance

·       VAT Output month-endreconciliation report between GTS and SAP

·       Tax documents archiving,including the booking slip of the invoice, the required supporting documentsfor cancel invoice and credit invoice, etc.

·       Design andimplementation of process optimization projects

·       Assistance in tax audit

·       Communication with localtax authorities

·       Adjustment of workingprocess in time with tax policy change

Your defining qualities

·       Bachelor's degree orabove in accounting related major

·       Follow China Invoiceregulation and SOA requirements.

·       More than 3 yearsrelated working experience

·       EPR system (e.g. SAP)skills preferred

·       Good communicationskills and team spirit

·       Customer orientation andservice attitude

·       Intermediate oral andwritten English skills

·       Microsoft office skills(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

·       Continuous improvement

·       Attention to detail

·       Analytical thinking

·       Work under pressure

·       Be in open mind andgrowth mindset
