You’ll make an impact by

•             Be responsible for ContinuousImprovement in GBS CN. Guide colleagues to streamline or reengineer processes,eliminate manual works, and enhance overall operational efficiency constantlyby leveraging LEAN/Six Sigma/Agile methodologies.

•             Take charge of non-conformitymanagement in GBS CN. Coach colleagues to solve problem in systematic way andavoid non-conformity recurrence.

•             Play the project driver role in GBSCN, such as implement SNOW platform in China.

•             Manage Idea generation in GBS CN.Optimize the 3i process and platform.

•             Be the owner of local Best PracticeSharing community to encourage Practice Sharing cross countries and Biz lines.

•             Support people engagement programs.

•             Other jobs assigned.

Your defining qualities

•             3 -5 years Business Excellence orOperational Excellence experiences.

•             Practical C.I. experiences and befamiliar with Six sigma or LEAN or Agile methodology and relevant tools.

•             Process digitalizationexperiences.  Digital practice andknowledge of RDARPA, Phyton, Mendix, Power BI or Phyton or Power query orSharepoint is preferred.

•             Strong communications skill andsense of responsibility.

•             Fluency in English
