Your new role –challenging and future-oriented

• Responsible for Servicing of Small/ Medium/ Aero derivative Gas Turbines products at customer sites.
• Plan, coordinate and execute onsite service activities to interface with customer’s requirements.
• Liaise with projects, engineering and other departments as required to obtain a full technical and commercial briefing prior to travelling to site.
• Carry out the on-site service/ overhaul activities to bring the package into service and obtain customer acceptance.
• Implement approved design changes and modifications that may be required to bring the product up to specification.
• Document problems encountered and design changes carried out whilst at site, for presentation at formal debrief meetings.
• Maintain a full log of service/ overhaul activities and record any customer delays during activities, complete a concise report.
• Carry out troubleshooting activities.

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience as a Field Service Engineer
• Willingness to travel on sites and offshore platform for long durations on short notices.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Positive attitude towards learning & contribution to business success
• Strong customer centric approach
