关于人力资源培训生

人力资源培训生是西门子医疗青年人才“职业探索计划”的重点项目之一，旨在培养年轻的优秀HR人才成为本领域的中坚力量。该项目将在优秀毕业生候选人中选拔具有专业知识、成功决心、发展潜力和领导力潜质的优秀人才，按照多维设计和个人定制方案进行为期18至24个月的体系化培养，成为个人职业发展的加速器和企业发展的引擎。

加入该项目，您将收获：

• 系统化的人力资源知识体系 – 包括薪资福利体系、人力资源运营、人才招募、领导力与发展，学习如何成为好的业务合作伙伴，为将来的发展做好充分的知识储备

• 导师指导 – 资深职场前辈将全方位为您提供个人发展建议，并帮助您拓宽工作关系网络。

• 关键岗位轮岗 – 轮岗将在人才招募、薪酬福利或人力资源运营等多个团队开展，并横跨销售商务职能和研发制造中心，详细计划将根据公司业务需求及个人优势来制定

我们期待这样优秀的你：

• 应届毕业生，以及全职工作两年内的同学(preferred)

• 硕士研究生及以上学历，专业不限

• 具有较强的领导能力和发展潜力

• 具有较强的沟通协调、分析计划和解决问题能力

• 工作积极主动，能自我激励，适应快节奏、团队导向且灵活多变的工作环境

• 电脑操作熟练及英语流利（包括书面和口头表达，CET6及以上）

工作地点: 上海（由于项目轮岗的需要，需在上海以外的中国一、二线城市工作）
