Siemens Mobility is looking for a Fleet Planner to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan, within the Customer Service area.

Your Challenge
As Fleet Planner, reporting to the ECMIII manager, your main activities will be to:
- Handle and plan maintenances activities of the assigned fleet of locomotives according to the current maintenance plans
- Follow the planned maintenance activities with attention to times, materials and tools.
- Guarantee clear and effective communication with the customer.
- Collaborate with internal and external collaborators as well as to activate the escalation process if needed.
- Calculate and monitor KPI.
- Manage, produce, verify and archive the documentation of maintenance activities.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in the same roles or in railway context
- Knowledge of European regulation 2019/779
- High level technical education or Degree in Engineering
- Availability to travel for short missions
- Excellent result orientation, problem solving and organization skills
- Knowledge of main IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
- Safety culture awareness – he has to be able to influence and develop an existing culture to the latest generation thinking and practice
- Effective communication skills, propensity to listen and dialogue and collaboration spirit
- Previous experience in managing business and organizational processes is a plus
- Experience and interest in the digitalization of processes
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian; German is a plus
- Eligibility to work in Italy
