Fleet coordinator

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
· Effective management of company fleet with mixed portfolio: leased and owned vehicles |
· Ensuring mobility of employees, especially field engineers, sales professionals and project managers |
· Taking part in shared tenders with other Siemens entities |
· Developing fleet policy and managing fleet according to regional and local guidelines |
· Supplier management, including portfolio optimization regarding lease providers, car dealers and other fleet-related vendors |
· Supporting employees in fleet related topics |
· Fleet cost optimization |
· Driving fleet electrification |
· Fleet cost management including reporting and budgeting |
Your qualifications, experience & skills:
· Several years of professional experience in a procurement position. |
· Experience in managing fleet of 50+ vehicles |
· Higher education (preferred fields: economics, technical). |
· Good knowledge of the Slovak and English languages in both speech and writing, enabling fluent business communication. |
· Familiarity with and practical application of modern methods of fleet optimization |
· Responsible and conscientious approach to tasks. |
Salary varies on experience and seniority and also other responsibilities for this position. For medium experienced professional that would require guidance, with focus on operational activities: 2k EUR base monthly salary +4k EUR annual bonus. For experienced professional with focus on governance and process improvement: 2,8k EUR base monthly salary +6k EUR annual bonus. |

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: startingfrom 1900 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
