What part will you play?
- You are responsible for the end-to-end operative project controlling for our external customer projects according to PM@Siemens
- This includes commercial preparation and support of contracts, bids, value flow models, project calculation, monthly project reviews, billing and claim management
- In your new role you will be responsible for the accuracy of the overall project financial books and records
- You prepare and update project forecasts and the initiate financial invoices according to project progress and contractual terms
- You ensure the proper execution of all commercial topics including taxes, delegation process, financing, insurance, currency management, and internal and external audits, if necessary with the support of the relevant stakeholders
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- You have 1-2 years of professional experience in business administration and commercial project execution in an operative company
- You have acquired experience in international project controlling (e.g. contract and claim management, PM@Siemens process as well as risk management)
- You have a certificate as CPM-C according to PM@Siemens (or equivalent for external applicants)
- You are experienced in project accounting (Completed Performance / Percentage of Completion) with ERP systems like SAP
- You are fluent in German and English to communicate with Project Managers and Client contacts internationally and in Germany
