Then come and join our global team as Financial Controller (f/m/d) CRM / Commercial Bid Management Expert (f/m/d) to support us with your commercial expertise in Commercial Bid Management and Financial Controlling in our Value Partnership projects and contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is also available full-time or part-time (80%).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will support Siemens Healthineers countries and zones in Value Partnership projects during the bidding phase, focusing on financial bid modeling and risk managemen while considering customer requirements
- You will guide countries thorugh the LoA process and instruct them in Enterprise Services processes
- You are responsible for controlling the assigned zones, including analysis of sales flash, actuals, forecast and planning including target setting (MTA/MBR)
- You continuously develop the commercial tools and guidelines and lead commercial training sessions
- You contribute to portfolio development, especially in the area of business plan calculation
- You will identify potential for digitization in our processes and develop and implement digitization initiatives

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a successfully completed Master's degree in economics, business administration, preferably with a specialization in finance
- You have several years of commercial professional experience in commercial functions, in particular in commercial bid management or commercial project management along with a proven track record in controlling within an international context
- We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree combined with additional professional experience in this area
- Your expertise extends to planning, reporting, and sales controlling, and you possess a solid understanding of FRG regulations and corporate finance guidelines. Your practical experience includes roles in controlling and/or accounting.
- You have experience in the field of digitalization, especially in the creation of dashboards and/or automated data analysis (e.g. Power BI, KNIME, Qlik)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, round off your profile

- You possess business fluency in English, ideally supplemented by proficiency in German
- Your skillset includes intercultural experience, enabling effective collaboration with diverse cultures. You are known for your team-oriented approach, excellent communication, analytical capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- You have a strong focus on results, customers and quality
- In addition, you are ready to drive efficiency improvements in the finance environment through the targeted application of new digitalization tools (e.g. Jedox, Qlikview, Knime, Power BI)
- Your commitment to quality aligns seamlessly with your enthusiasm for implementing and upholding high standards collaboratively within a team setting
