Then come and join our Singapore team as Finance Analyst – Offer to Order to support Singapore Siemens Healthcare business unit on Offer to Order related matters, assist in period end closing and financial reporting to ensure financial reporting is accurate reflecting financial result. The person in this role will also have opportunities to do continuous improvement on all reporting including digitalization of reporting. The role reports directly to the BA Manager- Sales.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Offer to Order
- You will actively support the Sales Team and Key Account Management with commercial analysis, partake in strategies for commercial bids, and be involved in complex negotiation till the successful conclusion of the contract.
- You will be responsible for timely preparation and review of financial and commercial documents for the submission of commercial bids, and to ensure that submission is aligned with internal and external requirement.
- You will ensure reliable transparent project costing, and stringent implementation of the pricing strategy.
- You will manage Company’s contractual risk with review and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions of every project. This includes liaison with Sales team and Legal in the drafting till finalization. Direct negotiation with customer may be required in complex cases.
- You will support accurate handover to the project execution team incl. order entry calculation and proper documentation reflecting all changes during tender stage.
- You are responsible for assigned financial reporting, Orders forecast accuracy, business analysis, commentary, and regular standard reporting to various stakeholders.
- You will prepare presentations to the management and support other ad hoc analysis as assigned.
- You drive productivity / efficiency through automation of reports and engage in digitalization projects of business processes.
- You ensure compliance of internal controls and meeting reporting deadlines.

Your qualifications and experiences:
- You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in similar fields
- You have prior experience in using SAP tools.
Your personality and skills:
- You need to be able to work independently, take ownership of the task in hand and deliver results.
- You must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and an energized individual.
- You are analytical, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel)
