Come join Siemens Finance with Smart Infrastructure! Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is looking for a dynamic, results oriented finance professional to join our finance team and successfully manage all financial aspects of a new greenfield plant through the build-up phase and subsequently in daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to make history as part of a growing business by working closely with finance and operations teams in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring and adherence to KPI’s as well as continuous improvement while collaborating with a team of financial analysts at the EP facility in Grand Prairie TX.


In this role, the incumbent will report to the Plant Controller and the role will be based out of Fort Worth, TX.


You’ll make an impact by:


As the Financial Analyst for the new factory, you will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
• Support financial aspects of the project (build and ramp up the new factory) and track status vs. project goals.
• Fully involve and drive tasks including but not limited to cost recognition, updating and maintaining project plans, CAPEX management and tracking, month-end closing, payroll processing, forecasting, SAP implementation, and ad-hoc AP resolution.
• Execute processes to ensure plant meets and adheres to all the required internal control requirements in critical areas such as invoicing, payroll, inventory etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the plant including operations, business segment, performance controlling, other plants, procurement, accounting, IT, and others.
• Assist on an ad-hoc basis with planning, controlling, accounting and reporting activities of the plant.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and work on processes to optimize operational performance and provide new insights that help in analysis and decision making.



You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of performing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes beyond finance



Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO)

• The pay range for this position is $64,680 - $110,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
