Roles & responsibilities 
  • You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering sales dashboards 
  • Additionally, you will actively participate in sales meetings, processing input from sales leadership and incorporating it into the dashboards 
  • It is essential for you to comprehend the architecture of our state-of-the-art sales incentive tool, taking ownership of the tool and continuously improving its functionality 
  • Furthermore, you are expected to have a thorough understanding of existing data ecosystems, such as Snowflake, PowerBI, and Data Verse, and integrate them with our sales dashboards 
  • Your role also involves ensuring proper data quality and providing support to users in troubleshooting scenarios
Role requirements 
  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, business information systems, or a related field
  • With a background of several years in a progressive financial or data-driven role, you are well-equipped for this position
  • Experience in a high-tech, enterprise software, or SaaS organization is advantageous 
  • Having worked in a global organizational setup would be also beneficial for this role 
  • You are self-motivated and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks. A forward-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude is crucial 
  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in German would be an additional asset
  • Lastly, you also possess excellent knowledge of data analysis and visualization, preferably in PowerBI
