What You’ll Be Doing: 


Supplyframe, recently acquired by Siemens, is looking for an exceptional Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst. The FP&A team mission is heavily centered around the financial growth of our world-class products and services. Hence integrity, reliability, attention to detail, governance and control of our processes and products is critical and part of our team’s core values. 


You will be responsible for the sales forecasting process, providing high-quality analysis, relevant KPIs and possible optimization scenarios. We are a small, close-knit group; thus, you will have direct exposure to all levels of management and work across multiple departments. 

  • You will develop analysis and tools to track business results driving revenue to better understand key drivers. 

  • You will create “what-if-scenario” models to forecast and track financial metrics across the various segments.

  • You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Accounting teams to help develop strategies, build insightful forecasting and reporting and drive impactful insights for key leaders. 

  • You will participate in cross-functional projects with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams.

  • You will maintain and improve FP&A processes for efficiency and accuracy to mitigate inaccuracy and maximize value within the business. 

  • You will track product pipelines and update models accordingly.

  • You will develop pricing strategies for existing and new products.

  • You will create automation for KPI reports (preferably in Tableau); prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and support accounting activities

  • You will develop ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate and support business decisions.

  • You will help identify process improvements to streamline data acquisition and reporting across the organization.


Who/What We Are Looking For:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Math/Statistic/STEM related field from an accredited 4-year institution and/or MBA. 

  • You have at least 3 years of finance and analytical experience. 

  • You have relevant experience in mathematical forecasting, “what-if-scenario” financial modeling, big data, and business analysis. 

  • You have experience in revenue planning and business analysis; you possess strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to analyze trends in large data sets. 

  • You are an advanced Microsoft Excel (macros and functions) user and you have experience in other programming tools. 

  • You are highly motivated and enthusiastic to contribute to team goals with a strong desire for continuous learning.

  • You have a strong work ethic and relentless attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely across various departments. 

  • You are a highly dynamic, engaged and self-driven financial professional. 

  • You are resourceful and you can effectively and accurately manage a diverse set of responsibilities where proper and timely interaction with other teams is paramount for success.


Preferred, But Not Required: 

  • You have experience with Salesforce,  Netsuite, SAP and or other ERP systems.. 

  • You’ve created dashboards in Tableau or similar visualization. 

  • You have experience in a fast-paced environment (tech startup, investment bank, consulting firm, etc.). 

  • You possess an understanding of the SAAS industry and the financial models driving this industry. 


The salary range for this position is $100K-$120K and is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
