Finance Business Partner - Branch Rome

We are looking for a Headof Finance- Branch Rome, committed to Projects and Services in the Building business  to be hired with a permanent contract in Rome within the Regional Solutionand Services Business Unit.

Your Challenge

As Head of Finance – Branch Rome your missionwill be to act as trusted Partner of the Head of the branch, ensuring theeffectiveness of the business administration, controlling and financialplanning of the sales activities and the service agreement.

Some of the main activities will be:

• Evaluate and propose financial plans and change recommendations topositively impact Branch KPI
• Run the LOA process (Limit of Authoritty) to obtain corporate approval onthe major offers
• Support the offering phase and negotiate the contract in alignment withsales and contract manager
• Validate compliance of the order intake to the related guidelines
• Manage a team 
• Support Credit management team
• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting process
• Mange the relationship with key external and internal project stakeholders,i.e., HQ, customers, consortium partners, suppliers, Management, Accounting,Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Proven experience in commercial sales preferably in B2B market
• Knowledge of SAP, PPT and the main IT program
• Economics,Management Engineering
• Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management and ability toproactively propose improvement actions
• Able to interact and establish trusted environment, collaboration, teamworkand communicate effectively with people at all levels and cultures
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to cocreate and  share knowledge
•  Proficiency in English and Italian
•  Eligibility to work in Rome
