Collectively, the Finance team acts as a business partner to Sales,Project Management, Procurement, Logistics and other stakeholders in drivingfinancial and commercial aspects during the business development and projectexecution phases.
We are seeking a motivated, proactive and energetic finance professionalto join the Siemens Healthineers Malaysia family. The successful individualwill support the Assistant Manager (Order to Cash) in all financial andcontrolling aspects during the project execution phase, as may be required.
You are able to work both independently with minimal supervision as wellas in collaboration with key stakeholders depending on the situationalrequirements.
You can quickly assimilate and connect various pieces of information,understanding interrelationships and identifying potential issues andproactively address them.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
As Finance Analyst you willbe supporting the Assistant Manager, OTC (IM & AT) in the following keyareas of responsibility:
Order to Cash
- Upon contractual closeproceed to book New Orders in SAP.
- Work closely with ProjectManagement, Procurement and Logistics during project execution to supporttimely implementation. This will involve supporting the execution of purchaseorders and claims management as required.
- Monitoring of monthlybilling process and raising of invoices upon project milestone completion toensure timely cash collection.
- Perform regular projectcontrolling reviews appropriate to the phase of the project to monitor plan vsactuals and update forecast.
- Identification and trackingof non-conformance costs (NCC) to drive mitigation with other stakeholders(e.g. Sales, Procurement, Project Management, Logistics, etc).
- Support credit controllingand cash collection activities.
- Provide project backlogtransparency to ensure accurate forecasting of progress on all related projectfinancial KPIs (P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow).
- Support New ERP Systempreparation and implementation activities.
Period End Closing andFinancial Reporting
- Accurate and timelyreporting of financial results to HQ / local management
- Maintain clean books andrecords in accordance IFRS and company reporting guidelines (e.g. revenuerecognition, accruals and provisions etc)
- Liaise with Auditors
Continuous Improvement
- Identify continuousimprovement opportunities particularly with a view towards the digitalizationof processes and reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance ofmanagement information dashboards with up-to-date and meaningful informationfor both monitoring and decision making.
- Continuous development toadapt to financial accounting changes and develop the necessary skills neededin the age of digitalization.
- The focus and percentage oftime spend across the above listed areas of responsibility may change over timeand the company may assign other ad hoc tasks and/ or change the job scope,responsibilities and reporting lines to meet the changing business requirementsas it deems necessary.

Your qualifications:
- You are a recentUniversity graduate in in Finance, Accounting or related field and consistent outstandingacademic record ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or similarly qualified (advantageous butnot essential).
- Must possess a CGPA of 3.3 and above.
- You are a fresh graduate or have less than 6 months of working experience.
- Proficient in SAP, Analysis for Office, Excel (Proficient with formulas,pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint, Power Query, PowerApps and Power BI.

- Possess effective and strong communication skills.
